• Register and become a member of Go Fish
• Create your profile
• Upload your candidates (including your fee terms)
• Upload your jobs (including your fee terms)
• Search candidates and jobs
• Request engagement with participating recruiter by selecting candidates and/or jobs you are interested in
• Once engagement is accepted, all pertinent information is disclosed
• When a candidate is placed, the fee is split between participating recruiters. Participating recruiters are responsible for the fee split transaction.
