List your company website and any other pertinent information about your professional background including location, experience, education, and industry focus. ALL INFORMATION IS CONFIDENTIAL and only disclosed when you choose to engage with another recruiter.

My Candidates (Posting/Uploading Candidates)

Go Fish will provide you with an unprecedented way to market your candidates and substantially increase the number of deals you make.

  • Prior to posting a candidates resume, make sure you contact the candidate and get permission to post their resume on Go Fish. Let them know that Go Fish is exclusively for recruiters and will help you find jobs that otherwise were unaccessible. Also, let them know that Go Fish is confidential and no personal or contact information will be visible to any recruiter unless you choose to engage with them.
  • Remove all of your candidates personal and contact information from their resume
  • Fill out required fields
  • Upload resume
  • Posting high quality candidates will increase your odds of getting deals done and increase your revenue.
  • We encourage posting as many quality candidates as you have access to.

Go Fish provides you with an unprecedented way to market your job requisitions to other recruiters and helps you fill them more quickly and easily by giving you access to a brand new candidate pool.

Find Jobs and Candidates(Searching Jobs and Candidates)

We designed our search options for recruiters who want to quickly find what they need. Our search/index system allows you to type in any combination of key word using "and", "or" and "boolean" features. In the location field, simply type in any country, state and/or city in any combination. For example, if you want to do a search for candidates in the state of California, just type "California" or "CA" in the location field. If you want to be more specific and narrow it down to a specific city, type the city and state. For example, "San Francisco" and "CA". You can type as many locations as you require for your search. Only the country name is required when searching areas outside of the US and Canada.

You can search for Jobs and Candidates by their Go Fish ID number. Type the ID number into the Key Words field and click on the Go Fish button to see the results.

Engaging with recruiters

When you find a candidate or job you are interested in simply click the "engage" button for that specific candidate or job and a request for engagement will be sent to the recruiter who posted the candidate or job. Your contact information and profile will be immediately sent to the recruiter and they will review your profile and accept your engagement if they choose to work with you. Once engagements are accepted all contact information from the participating recruiters are automatically exchanged and the two recruiters are able to communicate.

Messages

This is your own internal Go Fish email account. Engagements request and acceptances along with your emails with be in the message section.

My Contacts

Recruiters that you have engaged with on Go Fish will be posted in your "My Contacts" section. You can view their profiles and email them directly from the "My Contacts" section.

Report a Concern

Go Fish is committed to making this website a place where recruiters can conduct business in an ethical and profitable way. We promote and support the ethical and best practices of the recruiting industry. If you have a concern about the manner in which a Go Fish member is conducting business on the site, please report this information to our "concern@gofishrecruiting.com" email. We will investigate and impose our right to terminate the membership of any recruiter who is not being ethical or fulfilling the agreements made between participating member recruiters.
