USING THE SITE

Go Fish Recruiting, Inc. ('Go Fish), is the operator of the Website, although software, hosting and other functions and content may be provided by Go Fish service providers ('Service Providers') or other companies in a business relationship with Operator ('Business Partners'). GO FISH’s Service Providers and Business Partners are intended third-party beneficiaries of this Policy. This Website is not directed to or intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

This Policy describes the type of information Go Fish and its Business Partners and Service Providers collect from visitors to the Website, what we do with that information, and how visitors can update and control the use of information provided on the Website. This Policy applies solely to our online data collection from the Website; it does not describe information collection policies for other data we collect, including data collected on other sites, such as separate sites operated by our Business Partners that we do not control.

Website Visitors

Except as described below, Go Fish does not collect or require visitors to the Website to furnish personally-identifiable information. Like most website operators, Go Fish collects non-personally-identifiable information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Go Fish's' purpose in collecting non-personally identifiable information is to better understand how Go Fish visitors use the Website. From time to time, Go Fish may release non-personally-identifiable information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in usage of the Website.

Go Fish also automatically collects some computer generated personally identifiable information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. Go Fish does not use such information to identify its visitors, does not link the information to other personally identifiable information about you, nor does it disclose such information to third parties, other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifiable information, as described below, should you decide to identify yourself to us.

Collection of Personally-Identifiable Information

Certain visitors to Go Fish's website choose to interact with Go Fish in ways that require Go Fish and others to know a little bit more about them through personally-identifiable information. The amount and type of information that Go Fish gathers depends on the nature of the interaction.

Recruiter Applicants Go Fish may conduct background checks. If Go Fish chooses to conduct a background check, then Recruiter will provide Go Fish with reasonable oral and documentary cooperation. Recruiters must supply a name, company name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address, company website, company description, personal description, screen name, password, credit card information (including name, number, expiration date and API number) and financial information as necessary for payments and all other financial transactions with Go Fish.

In each case, Go Fish collects information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor's interaction with Go Fish. Go Fish will not disclose sensitive financial information unless required by law. Go Fish does not disclose any other type of personally-identifiable information other than as described below.

Go Fish disclaims any ownership in Candidate resumes entered into the Go Fish system. Go Fish will not sell, rent or distribute Candidate resumes without the consent of the Recruiter who submitted the resume to Go Fish.

Posting to Public Areas of Go Fish

Please remember that if you post any of your personal information in public areas of the Website, such as in blogs or email inboxes, such information may be collected and used by other users over whom Go Fish has no control. Go Fish is not responsible for the use made by third parties of information you post or otherwise make available in public areas of the Website.

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website or provider of Internet-related services stores on a visitor's computer, and that the visitor's browser provides to the website or services provider each time the visitor returns. Go Fish and its Business Partners use cookies to develop a better understanding of how individual Go Fish users interact with and use the Website, so that Go Fish may provide such users with the most relevant, interesting and compelling advertising and other content.

It is possible to link cookies to personally-identifiable information. Go Fish and its Business Partners do so, however, only to: (a) verify the identities of users, for example, Employers, and Headhunters, who previously have provided personally identifiable information and whom Go Fish must identify across multiple visits to the Website; and (b) to store the preferences of repeat users of the Website. Go Fish and its Business Partners may correlate the information gathered by means of cookies with personally-identifiable and potentially personally-identifiable information for the purpose of profiling Website users.

If you do not wish to have Go Fish or its Business Partners place cookies on you computer, you should set your browser to refuse cookies before accessing and using the Website, but be aware that certain features of the Website may not function properly without the aid of cookies.

Some of our Business Partners use cookies on our Website (for example, advertisers), however, we have no access to or control over these cookies once we have given permission for them to set cookies for advertising. This Policy covers the use of cookies by Go Fish only and does not cover the use of cookies by any of our Business Partners.

Use of Personally-Identifiable Information

Go Fish discloses personally-identifiable information, including without limitation information gathered by means of cookies and correlated with personally-identifiable information, to those of its employees, Business Partners and Service Providers that: (a) need to know this information in order to process it on Go Fish behalf, or to provide services offered through or relating to the Website; and (b) have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, Business Partners and Service Providers may be located outside of your home country. The Business Partners and Service Providers to whom Go Fish discloses personally-identifiable information are not bound by Go Fish's Privacy Policy, but rather by their own privacy policies, if any. By using the Website, you consent to the transfer of your personally identifiable information to those Business Partners and Service Providers. Go Fish may rent or sell personally-identifiable information to anyone other than to its employees and contractors as described herein. At Go Fish, our goal is to protect your personally identifiable information submitted to us through the Website. Go Fish will take reasonable precautions to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

We instruct our employees with access to your information that it is to be used only in adherence with the principles set forth in this Policy and the laws applicable to our business. Employees who misuse customer information are subject to disciplinary action.

While we strive to protect your personal or company information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of the information you transmit to us, and if you choose to use our Website, you do so at your own risk.

This Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect online through this Website from users. Our Website may include links to the websites of our Business Partners or others. Online Surveys and Contests

Occasionally Go Fish conducts an online user survey to collect information about our Headhunters' and Employers' preferences. These surveys are optional and if a Headhunter or Employer chooses to respond, the responses will be kept anonymous. The demographic information that Go Fish collects through online surveys is used to help us improve our services to meet the needs and preferences of Employers and Headhunters. This may include targeting advertising to you about our services.

INTERNATIONAL USERS

This Website is controlled, operated and administered by Go Fish from its offices within the United States of America and this Policy is provided in accordance with and subject to applicable U.S. law. If you are based outside the United States and decide to access this Website from your location outside of the United States, you hereby agree to be subject to this Notice and waive all other privacy-related rights you may have.

Safe Harbor

Go Fish participates in the Department of Commerce's Safe Harbor Framework arising out of the U.S. implementation of the European Union Data Protection Directive.
